	Kathryn Boor Principal Investigator and Professor of Food Processing Microbiology B.S., Food Science, Cornell University M.S., Food Science, University of Wisconsin-Madison Ph.D., Microbiology, University of California, Davis Kathryn joined the Cornell faculty in 1994 and is a member of the Graduate Fields of Food Science, Microbiology and Environmental Toxicology. She served as the 1999-2000 President of the New York State Association of Milk, Food, and Environmental Sanitarians and as the Secretary and Scientific Advisor of the New York State Cheese Manufacturers' Association.
