Dairy PlantAlthough manufacturing operations have been reduced, the Cornell Dairy Operations is still supplying the Ithaca campus with regional dairy products, including milk from Crowley Foods (Binghamton, NY) and ice cream (soon) from Perry's Ice Cream (Akron, NY). Operating in the Food Science Laboratory Building, until our new Dairy Plant is complete in 2013, we continue to produce Cornell yogurt and pudding as well as pasteurize and package Cornell Orchards apple cider.

Although the Cornell Dairy Bar in Stocking Hall is now closed, but you can still get your favorite ice cream treat - including cones, sundaes, shakes, malts, and ice cream cakes - at Cornell Dining's Trillium Express! Now serving these flavors from Perry's Ice Cream.
