Jim joined Heinz in 1980 as Sr. Food Technologist of the Frozen Meals Division. In 1991 he was promoted to Director, R&D and VP R&D/QA in 1996 for the Ore Ida Foods division. In 2000 Jim was promoted to VP R&D/QA for Heinz Consumer Products.
Jim has lead technology teams that are credited with over 300 new products for the Heinz company during his tenure. Jim recently led the team to develop the newly opened Heinz Innovation Center. This state of the art technical facility will provide the tools and talent to create new product innovations that will drive profitable growth for the future.
Jim, his wife and 3 children currently reside in Pittsburgh.
