I am a food scientist working as a product developer for Frito-Lay at the headquarters in Plano, Texas. My current assignment is in research & development on our health & wellness innovation team. Dr. Terry Acree & Dr. Thomas Henick-Kling were my advisors at Cornell through my MS & PhD. It continues to be an honor to serve the Institute as an Advisory Council member since October 2002.
