Leslie Herzog has been a Product Development Scientist with Unilever Foods in Englewood Cliffs, NJ for approximately 30 years. He has developed products and provided on-going technical support to the savory category (Lipton, Knorr, and Bertolli Brands), as well as the beverage category (Lipton) during the course of his career. Many of the products he has worked on are household staples and enjoyed by people everyday. Leslie received his BS in Food Science from Cornell University and MS in Food Science from Rutgers University. He has been an active member and supporter of the Institute of Food Technologists (both on the National and Sectional level) and is a Fellow of IFT.
