Forty -two internationally recognized faculty, with a broad range of expertise in all facets of food science are members of the graduate field. Faculty members represent four colleges and eleven departments within Cornell. Field faculty members serve as Committee Chairs for the students enrolled in the Field of Food Science and Technology. Emeritus faculty can only serve as co-chair or a minor member on students' committees.
